The Cecils moved to Madison in 2004 with a great team of people to start a new church. The goal is to have a missional church established in the heart of this city that does ministry out-of-the-box. Call and ask them about their vision sometime and see how you can participate in making the dream come true. Steve graduated from Life Pacific College in 1994 and Steve & Kim got married in 1998 and Kim has partnered with Steve in ministry since then.
